Chris-Craft is proud to announce that it has again been recognized by the NMMA for excellence in customer satisfaction. Chris-Craft was awarded the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for both segments in which the boatbuilder competes: Sterndrive Bowrider Boats, and Fiberglass Outboard Boats.

Chris-Craft President Steve Heese and Vice President, Sales Gavan Hunt traveled to Bangkok, Thailand last week to attend the grand opening ceremony and celebration. 

Chris-Craft has opened its doors to a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility on its existing campus in Sarasota, Florida. The 70,000 square foot building adds over 200 jobs to the Sarasota community and increases production capacity by 50 percent.

Chris-Craft is giving 2023 Miami International Boat Show attendees the first look at the latest in the company’s fleet with the unveiling of the Calypso 32.

This 32-foot addition to the Calypso model line brings an enticing mix of sophistication, style, and the latest in technology to the water - from the big picture to the tiniest detail. Classic Chris-Craft styling awaits from bow to stern: stainless steel hardware, custom upholstery and finishes, the
signature flared bow, and deep V hull.

Chris-Craft unveiled its first, zero emission, all-electric concept boat – the Launch 25 GTe – at the 2023 Miami International Boat Show.

The fully operational Launch 25 GTe includes a sterndrive configuration with an electric motor and battery bank that replaces the engine and fuel systems. The creation of the Launch 25 GTe is an important step for the iconic boatbuilder on the journey to bring an electrified experience to the luxury boat market. Further testing will be conducted to refine a commercialized product.

Beautiful styling, convertible social seating, and detailed craftsmanship are exemplified in Chris-Craft’s new Calypso 27. Set to debut at the 2022 Miami International Boat Show, this new Calypso 27 joins the Calypso lineup which includes the Calypso 30, Calypso 35, and the recently debuted Calypso 24.

Chris-Craft announces the world premiere of the new Launch 31 GT at a press conference during the 2019 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The new Launch 31 GT blends seamlessly into the Chris-Craft GT line with the latest technology and classic Chris-Craft styling.

Chris-Craft is pleased to announce Dave Bofill Marine has expanded their territory with a new location in Huntington, NY. The new location will cover Long Island, and the 5 boroughs that make up New York City.

The Huntington location will provide both sales and service convenience to their present North Shore clients and to their future clients.

The blueprint for increasing the number of boat models Chris-Craft offers, the size of its plant and its workforce are about the same as they were before Winnebago bought Chris Craft and this is why it was an attractive acquisition.

Boating Magazine tested out the Chris Craft Launch 28 GT- read their reviews! They wrote everything from distinct features, such as the leather steering wheel and "wave" stitching, to multiple uses of this boat including scuba diving, fishing, and cruising.

Chris-Craft was awarded the 2018 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction – Sterndrive Bowrider Boats.  This is the 11th year that the NMMA has recognized Chris-Craft with a CSI Award.

Corsair 34 Feature in Yachting Magazine Russia

When it comes to modern Chris-Craft boats, you can boil down their essence to one word - beauty - which becomes obvious when you look at a First Look video of a Chris-Craft Corsair 27. You can see it on the Launch 27, too, whether on the inside when you lift an engine hatch or open a compartment, or on the outside when you view the Launch 27 sitting next to another bowrider. Practically any other bowrider; the Launch 27 simply out-classes other boats of this nature.

Chris-Craft has been making boats for over 140 years. That aristocratic pedigree lives on today in Chris-Craft’s beautiful Carina 21 – a thoroughly modern runabout that celebrates the distinguished styling of its classic mahogany ancestors. The Carina 21 stands alone as a delightful bowrider that looks great, drives great, and offers a level of class and sophistication that’s right off the chart.

The Launch 38 isn’t merely a larger version of the other eye-candy boats in this model line-up. In fact, it’s a significant departure from the norm for a Chris-Craft launch. While the others are to one degree or another dual-console bowrider designs, the 38 is actually a form of cuddy-cabin boat.

The new Corsair 34 wins top prize for Best Sport Boat at the Shanghai International Boat Show in Shanghai, China.  It was officially announced at the 4^th annual Asian Marine & Boating Awards Gala Dinner, held at the Intercontinental Expo Hotel in Pudong, in Shanghai.

Released at the Miami International Boat Show, the Launch 38 is the largest addition to the Launch line-up for Chris-Craft. The Launch 38 is primarily a large day boat, with overnight facilities, designed for having fun on the water, with a range of toys and water sports for family and friends.

A few features on the boat include a newly designed dash along with a cabin below equipped with a head. The new Capri 27 boasts a larger cockpit with foldout teak tables on each side of the cockpit for entertaining. New entirely to the Chris-Craft range, the Capri 27 is equipped with a portside hydraulic walkthrough for easy boarding onto the boat into the cockpit. This has allowed the boat to remain aesthetically Chris-Craft while also making it more practical.

The elegant visage of a Chris-Craft gliding across calm waters reminds one of how the Kennedys vacation, where happy children trail the boat on skis or in a tube during the afternoon and later the entire clan enjoys a sunset cruise. The following day brings another outing on the boat to a white, sandy beach, where unfurled colorful umbrellas sway and the football is tossed playfully among the family. In the background, the dark blue Chris-Craft chariot is anchored. All seems right with the world.

When Chris-Craft asked us which of its new models we wanted to test, our response came as a surprise: All of 'em. The result was a day we'll never forget.This article, by Daniel Harding Jr., accounted for a captain's experience testing all of Chris Craft's boats. He describes his findings and which of the boats stood out most: the Commander 44, the Corsair 28, and the Calypso 30.

This boat works well as a family cruiser, handles casual fishing with aplomb, and tops out over 50 MPH—all the while looking good from every angle. Catalina 30 Feature in the October 2017 Edition of Yachting Magazine. Chris-Craft Catalina 30 Pilothouse is a mix of two boat types: rugged center console and high-end day cruiser. The Chris-Craft Catalina 30 is for families as well as anglers.

Chris-Craft announced the world premiere of the Launch 28 GT, which will take place at a press conference on Feb. 15 at the 2018 Miami International Boat Show. The Launch 28 GT is a new hull and an entirely new design for Chris-Craft. The new Launch 28 GT has a walk-through transom and reversible sun pad that moves forward and backward for lounging, or additional seating while underway. You can choose to board the boat from the transom, dive door, or one of the three swim ladders.
