The 2017 CSI Award dealer recipients achieved an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year. Data is collected as part of a survey among customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. For this reporting period, the program surveyed more than 140,000 customers. “Boat dealers are the direct line between the customer and the manufacturer, playing an essential role in the boat ownership experience and fostering customer satisfaction.
