Chris-Craft Receives 2022 NMMA CSI Awards

Legendary Boatbuilder Earns CSI Awards for Each of its Competing Product Segments

 

Sarasota, FL - February 16, 2023 – Chris-Craft is happy to announce that it has again been recognized by the NMMA for excellence in customer satisfaction. Chris-Craft was awarded the 2022 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for both segments in which the boatbuilder competes: Sterndrive Bowrider Boats, and Fiberglass Outboard Boats.

Chris-Craft has received a CSI Award each year for the past 15 consecutive years.

Members of the Chris-Craft team gladly accepted these awards at the Innovation Breakfast during the Miami International Boat Show on Thursday, February 16th. 

The marine industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Awards were received based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1st, 2022 and December 31st, 2022. An independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year was achieved for each award segment.
